Borts is air-dried beef — ultra-thin shavings made from lean cuts, lightly salted. It's inspired by a traditional Mongolian food that's been around for centuries. Think of it as a simpler, leaner alternative to jerky.
Similar idea, different approach. Borts is thinner, leaner, and made with just two ingredients — beef and salt. No added sugars, no marinades, no preservatives. The texture is lighter and crunchier than typical jerky.

No. Borts is shelf-stable — no refrigeration needed before opening. After opening, seal tightly and finish within a few weeks for best quality.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, we can't accept returns on opened items. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Preorders can be canceled for a full refund before they ship. Once shipped, cancellation isn't possible. Email hello@eatborts.com for cancellation requests.
